As CEO and co-owner, Kyle manages and implements the overall vision of Upstream Builders. Outside of work, he enjoys everything Bend has to offer - from creating and performing music to participating in outdoor activities such as trail running and long distance swimming. He also loves being with his Fiancé and their dog, Nalah.

As CPO (Chief Project Officer) and co-owner of Upstream Builders, Joe prides himself on his craftsmanship and attention to detail. With over a decade of hard-earned experience, his work ethic and customer rapport can bring any project big or small through the finish line. When he has free time he is out in the forest with his team of huskies or fishing with his girlfriend. He has a deep passion for live music and surrounding himself with quality community and friends.
